Some of the digital resources your child may use this year require parental consent. Listed below are the digital tools that are used at your child’s school that require parental approval, and not all tools will be used by every student.
Preparing for Learning at Home
- Parent resources, virtual learning tips and tricks, digital citizenship information, online learning guides, and more prepared.
Tips for Online Learning Success
- Get set for success with tech tips and online learning strategies for students, including setting up your homework station, communicating with your teachers, common troubleshooting tips, and digital tool help.
Parent Technology Help Desk
- To support families who are working with their children during distance learning, Fairfax County Public Schools now has a Parent Technology Help Desk. The number is 833-921-FCPS. It will be answered by staff 7 a.m.to 11 p.m., seven days a week. If the help desk is unable to solve the issue on the phone with the parent or guardian, they will enter a ticket on the parent’s behalf and the request for help will be transferred to the appropriate FCPS team.
